Competitive Junior Karting Experience
Aspiring young champions start here!
The environment and experience of karting with our friendly bm Junior Club provides the ideal stepping stone between Junior Hire and licenced racing, at the very least, it offers the opportunity to be part of a credible, competitive kart club and the chance to take part in championship racing without the need to own equipment. Ideal for those children aged between 9 — 15 years showing more than a passing interest in karting and motorsport in general, keen junior drivers will have an opportunity to meet and train with others and take part in the regular weekend competitive races if they so wish. Over 60% of our bm Junior Club regulars become Owner Drivers, as it affords a great introduction to the sport without actually having to take that step and own and manage a kart.
Although a racing license is not required, bm Junior Club drivers' membership is essential and can be achieved by attending one or more (as necessary) of the Junior Club Academy or Practice sessions (see Options/Costs to the left or click on the blue tabs above). These sessions provide the new drivers with feedback to ensure all Club drivers have the appropriate level of karting ability and confidence to compete in the Junior Club Championship should they wish to do so at any point.
Appropriate karts in addition to all necessary safety equipment is provided and all sessions for Junior Karting are supervised by qualified, experienced staff. If you wish to find out more please don't hesitate to call on 01795 410707 or Email Us Here
Competitive Karting, Championship Racing
Each Junior Club Race Event (monthly on a Saturday morning) include practice sessions and a number of point scoring heats for all drivers. Awards are presented at the end of each event to the top performing drivers. These monthly results also go forward to determine an overall Championship Winner who is awarded a fantastic trophy at the end of each Winter and Summer season.
Whilst championship points are allocated after each monthly event, one-off entries are always welcome at Bayford Meadows, providing Junior Club membership has previously been achieved.
You can join in at any time during a Championship, so please do not hesitate to call the office on 01795 410707 or EMAIL us here, if you wish to discuss further.
